As some of you know we rescued two German shorthaired pointer cross mutts from Cyprus during the last year, and it’s been really lovely seeing them slowly settling into Cornish life.
For a start it must seem like room service for them as meals appear for them twice a day, not what they were used to when they were on the streets of Cyprus! Margot our little one arrived a few months later than Lulu and has taught the previously very well behaved Lulu how to be naughty. They are partners in crime, digging up corners of the garden thinking they are badgers, trying to chase seagulls and failing dismally, and for their latest trick, stealing eggs from the hen house.
Having probably not seen the sea before arriving here (they were rescued from central Cyprus), Margot is now obsessed with anything that would be good to chase, and yesterday that was a speedboat, she couldn’t take her eyes off it, and her tail was wagging like the clappers!
She keeps us amused!!!
