Beaches ~ Maenporth beach (plus café) and Bream Cove are both an easy walk from all the properties. The Helford beaches are approx. a 30 min walk.

Kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing at Maenporth and Swanpool beaches

South West Coast Path, you can access the SWCP within a 10 min walk from the properties

Walk to the Red Lion pub for a pint ~ 15 mins

Walk to Trebah Gardens ~ 30 mins

Walk to Glendurgan Garden ~ 25 mins

Walk to Helford Passage (great pub!) and take a boat trip up the Helford

Walk to Helford Passage and take the passenger ferry to the south side of the Helford (summer months only)

Walk to Falmouth in approx. 1 hour, Swanpool 45 mins
