Bream Loft is a wonderful place to stay. It is spacious, beautifully designed with well chosen furniture, comfortable chairs and sofas and the colour scheme throughout is subtle and warm. Everything you need is at hand in the well appointed kitchen. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is brilliant. Charlotte, the host is friendly, warm and helpful.
Bream Loft is located close to beautiful beaches and the lovely village of Mawnan Smith.

We had such a relaxing, happy stay at Bream Loft. Instantly felt at home from the moment we stepped inside, super well-equipped for either a short or longer break. Clean, beautifully decorated and well thought-out. Plus, the comfiest bed..! Bream Loft is located close to beautiful beaches and the lovely village of Mawnan Smith.

Beautiful cosy & gorgeously decorated barn in idyllic surroundings. Short walk down to the beach, & a stone’s throw from more. Falmouth is a lovely buzzing town nearby. The barn is close but in a secluded village nearby - really peaceful & the flora is like Trebah. Easy check in & ace communication from the hosts. We had a lovely weekend, thanks 🙂

Lovely house in a fantastic location, secluded and quiet but within easy walking distance of Maenporth Beach and a short driving distance from Falmouth. My family and I totalled 8, including a 10 month old grandchild, the house was the perfect size for us. Great seating arrangements in a large open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen space, with seating arranged in a way that meant we could all sit together for dinner at the dinning table and comfortable sofas and chairs for all in the living room. The garden is a lovely size and had outside seating for all of us, there is a gas barbeque which was a big hit and got plenty of use. Charlotte was brilliant, very communicative and replied to all questions I had quickly. The information booklet was brilliant, and is also available online, great idea! A travel cot and high chair were supplied on request. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would happily stay again.

We spent a very relaxing week at Little Bream. The accommodation is clean, very well equipped and the large bed is very comfortable. Charlotte was always available and very communicative. We would highly recommend the accommodation and would love to come back.

I ended up here alone last minute but I had a great stay! The area is very peaceful and safe, close to the local pub and a short walk to Bream Cove which is stunning. Charlotte recommended a local walk to me which filled my day perfectly! 2 nights wasn’t long enough, would definitely stay again!

Wow , I have been going to cornwall from Devon since I was young and I think I’ve just found my new favourite spot. With Charlottes helpful instructions , the cove that is super near is absolutely stunning and quite , even in July! I was blessed with good weather but this cosy space has everything you need regardless. A lovely lovely stay. Thanks Charlotte.

This is the best air bnb we’ve ever stayed in! We absolutely loved it here! The barn itself was so clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, even a travel cot and high chair! Outside was a beautiful garden we could play in and lush sea views where you can watch the sunrise. There were walks all around and a beautiful walk to the beaches where you can have a swim. The hosts were absolutely lovely, they introduced themselves if they saw us about but also gave us all the privacy we needed. It truly was an amazing trip and we couldn’t recommend it enough!

Charlotte's place was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. We loved it here and wish we'd stayed longer! It was a massive highlight out of all the places we've been travelling through the last 5 weeks. The surrounding area was stunning and perfect for feeling peaceful and relaxed but also for going for walks/runs/swims and exploring generally. The barn was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed! Charlotte was a great host, super responsive, helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is peaceful and set in a gorgeous garden with lovely countryside, beaches and coastline around. Bream cove is a beautiful and easy walk and we swam there each morning. Bream barn is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. Charlotte was a fantastic host and gave us lots of local tips and ideas. Highly recommended!

Lovely, very clean (one of my most important criteria) cottage, in an absolutely idyllic spot! Very comfy bed. Charlotte was an excellent, and very response host. Would definitely go there again.
